Any ideas? I know it%26#039;s quite a random question!
Anyone know where I can buy pomegranate molasses in North London?
In any Lebanese or Moroccan shop, Syrian to, you can make it with a pure pomergranate juice cooked down to a syrup, add a bit of Lyles Golden syrup to make it thicker in the end.
Here in Canada I buy the pomergranate juice, not sweetened and add what you in the UK call muscavado sugar and boil it down to a thick syrupy mass and the keep it in a glass jar or frig saver it is good for a couple of months.
