Does pomegranate juice give you diarrhea?
It might if you drink alot, apple juice, prune juice and pears can do the same.
Reply:Take very little of pomegranate juice, 3 0z is plenty for a day. That much should not give you any diarrhea. It is quite tart, and you do not need to take a lot. Ask your Pharmacist, if you are on any medications, if you should be taking the Pomegranate Juice
