Is pomegranate juice good for you?

I bought POM juice with pom and blueberry...what makes this stuff so special? It%26#039;s pretty good...

It apparently is - and I love the pomegranate blueberry combo.

Reply:YES IT IS! It%26#039;s very healthy for your heart. I have heart problems and the doctor told me to drink alot of pomegranate juice to help it be healthy.
Reply:Yes and no; it contains antioxidants which are extremely good for you, but you need to watch out because as you will notice on the labels, the juices also tend to contain a lot of sugar. Don%26#039;t drink too much in one day, and obviously real pomegranates and blueberries would be better for you, but the antioxidants are great and I love POM too :)
